The Role:

We have an immediate opportunity for a Recruiter to join the team. This is a fully remote position that can work from any state in the US. This role will manage full cycle recruitment efforts for openings in all areas of our fast-growing business, including sales, engineering, customer success, product and more. This is a tremendous growth opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to be an impact player in a fast-growing small business. This role will focus on recruiting full-time during busy recruiting times, and will have the flexibility and experience to support HR generalist work when recruiting is less busy, including benefits, onboarding, compliance and more, working directly with our VP of People Operations.


Essential Functions of this Role:

  • Find and attract top talent or open positions
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications in partnership with hiring managers
  • Conduct first interviews and manage the end-to-end interview and recruitment process
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure they have an exceptional experience
  • Manage recruitment systems (Bamboo, LinkedIn, etc.), processes and relationships and outreach efforts
  • Continually improve recruitment and HR processes, technology, metrics, and reporting
  • Track and report on HR data in support of management and compliance needs
  • Provide guidance and training in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and leaves of absence
  • Design and manager internship programs
  • Keep up-to-date on employment legislation and regulations, proving training within the company
  • Network and build contacts to source candidates more quickly as we grow
  • Provide support with enhancements of new and existing HR systems, processes, and procedures


Required Education/Experience:

  • 2+ years recruiting in fast paced high tech environment including expertise/knowledge as an HR Generalist
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Current HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Application Tracking Systems, HRIS, and HR metrics
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing key technical and managerial talent.
